Electronic pH meter

Allows you to measure the pH of your water. This electronic pH meter provides basic functions with ease. Calibration is mechanical and done using an adjustment screw. 

Why measure the pH of water in reverse osmosis?

pH (hydrogen potential) is a measurement scale that goes from 0 to 14, where 7 represents neutrality. A solution with a pH below 7 is considered acidic, while a solution with a pH above 7 is considered basic (or alkaline). 

•  pH directly influences the taste of water.
   
•  Water that is too acidic or too basic is not pleasant to drink and can even cause problems for certain applications (aquariums, laboratories, food industry, boilers…). 
•  pH reflects the acid-base balance of the water. 
•  Membranes are sensitive to water that is too acidic (low pH) or too basic (high pH). 
•  An unsuitable pH can damage the membrane, reduce its lifespan, and decrease its filtration efficiency.
