Aquavie Technologie ships to homes in mainland France and Belgium.
Outside this area, we advise you to contact your retailer or an installer who distributes our brand.
We ship orders within 48 hours after the order is placed, from Monday to Friday, provided that all ordered items are in stock. In case of a shortage, we will contact you to determine how you wish to proceed with your order based on our restocking time.
An order will always be shipped in a single delivery.
If an order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped from the following Monday.

The choice of carrier is made by us depending on the content, size and weight of your order. Delivery is carried out within 48 to 72 hours. In all cases, you will be notified by the carrier.
Most products are shipped with DPD, with a transport cost of €10.00 incl. tax for France and €18.00 incl. tax for Belgium.
Oversized products (more than 30 kg or more than 100 cm) are shipped on a pallet with Kuehne+Nagel.
In all cases, delivery is free for orders over €150 incl. tax!
