Payment of your orders and payment details

When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. The company Aquavie Technologie does not collect your payment data. All your banking details are collected only by our payment service provider certified PCI-DSS (Be2bill) which ensures payment security. When you pay for an order, the card used for payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then for a period of 13 months from the payment in order to guarantee proof of the transaction and fight against payment card fraud.

The information provided on the website aquavie-technologie.fr will be stored on the server of XXXX in France (see our T&Cs for this purpose).
The retention period for your personal information is 10 years. However, the number of your bank card or credit card, kept in order to facilitate the refund by Aquavie Technologie in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be deleted within 15 days from your receipt of the ordered product.
