Pleated filtration cartridge – 5 microns – 20'' – Slim

The 20'' pleated filtration cartridge retains suspended solid particles with a size greater than or equal to 5 microns (fine sand, mud, rust, sediments, dust, microalgae, etc.).
Thanks to the pleated (accordion-shaped) design, this cartridge offers a much larger filtration surface than a wound filter of the same size. This provides better impurity retention capacity, a longer lifespan before clogging, and reduced pressure loss. Often used as the first stage in a multi-filter system, before a finer filter (1 micron or activated carbon), to protect these filters and extend their lifespan.
Suitable for various applications: domestic water treatment, borehole, well or rainwater filtration before consumption or technical use, as well as prefiltration in industry (food, chemical, pharmaceutical).
Compatible with 20'' Slim filter housings and hydroLINE.
